Yet I believe when he was first brought home he should have been trained straight away like I did with Miss Mildred, But we love him anyway even if he likes to eat your shoes and pillows if your not watching him and he gets bored. So yes they are just like toddlers as they can't be left alone and when they are quite and you can't see them be worried!
